Imelda has just given birth to a healthy baby boy. Everyone is celebrating with her and Jun because everyone knows how long they have wished for a boy. The couple has been blessed with three beautiful girls already and now, with the birth of little Manny, they could not ask for more. Aside from the couple, the grandparents are also very excited. As a matter of fact, they have already volunteered to make arrangements with an outside catering to take care of the reception during the Christening ceremony. As agreed, Fr. Perry will officiate said the ceremony which is scheduled in the next two months or earlier. It has been a week or so and yet, Imelda could not stop thanking the Lord for granting their hearts desire. In her prayer, she promised to be a good mother to all her four kids. Jun also promised to do his share and be the responsible family man that he ought to be. Their children are lucky because they too, have been blessed with wonderful parents in Imelda and Jun. |

I heard that you and Papa are coming home really soon. Please don't forget my Hog Roast, okay? By the way, mom can't wait for you to arrive. Have you booked your flights yet? You better make sure that you are already here before mom's fiftieth birthday. Surely, there would be no better gift for her than to see you and papa home. In case you want to know, Mike has left the house already. I have not told papa about this yet, because I know he would be so worried. I think it would be better to tell him, when you're here. We have not heard from him since he left. It has been two months already. I pray that he is in a good place, although I really doubt it. If he is in the company of his friends, I doubt if it's a good place for him. Unfortunately, Mike is not so lucky with friends. You should know how mom and I have tried to live with him in peace. But Mike just made all of our lives difficult. Let's just pray for him. |
