With so many consumer laws now you really need someone to give you advice in how to take care of them. Finding someone to help consumer law remedies could be either a consumer advocate or a consumer lawyer. You hate buying something and then the company take your money but you don't get what you paid for. You have rights as a consumer to file a complaint if the company does not make the sale good. If you need someone to help you either file a complaint or take them to court if necessary. Small claims court can help you get the company will not have make a resolution to the problem that is happen. Sometimes it is necessary to get a lawyer to help you settle legal matters especially when it comes to consumer complaints. The company will have their lawyer's trying to say that they are not at fault but then you pay for something that you didn't get so whose fault it really is. So if you have a problem with the business if you cannot settle it then you may have to get a lawyer for consumer laws.
